Progressive cylindrical plug gages may be your best choice for checking the internal diameter of parts quickly. This gage design is ideal for high frequency and high volume inspection. Both Go and No Go diameters are combined on a single gage member, so parts can be inspected quickly in one easy operation. The progressive gage should smoothly enter the part and then stop at the high limit. Gage members are securely attached to either a taperlock handle or trilock handle with mounting bolts.
