Plain reversible plug gages are made of quality E52100 tool steel hardened to Rockwell C62-64. Class XXX Gagemaker tolerances can be supplied in plus, minus, or master tolerances in inch and metric. All pin gages are 2.0" in length. All gages are ground and lapped to a 5 micro inch finish or better. All gages are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
