Location Profile for Boxes (LPB)

Thread Check Inc. offers a complete size range of Gagemaker Pitch Diameter Location Templates for rotary shouldered connection boxes. When the location template is applied correctly to the shouldered connection, the special layout mark indicates at the proper thread to measure pitch diameter. The operator or inspector marks the location with a felt tip marking pen to accurately position the gage and measure the diameter. To order specify threads per inch (TPI), taper per foot (TPF), and the thread form. Custom profiles may be priced on request.
