External UN Thread Rolls - Diameters - (1-1/2" & Larger)

UN Series (60° “V”)

Gagemaker “TRV” thread rolls inspect the functional fit of threaded parts with 60° “V” thread forms. These thread rolls are designed specifically for internal or external applications. Additional pitches are available.

Functional thread gauging inspects the cumulative effects of the thread elements including diameter, lead, taper, flank angle and form error. Gagemaker functional inspection gages provide the same functionality of thread ring and plugs with the added benefits of accurately measuring thread size within wide range of diameter and thread pitch sizes.

Thread rolls are also available in a full range of other thread sizes including metric, Acme, Stub Acme, Buttress, trapezoid as well as specials priced on request.

Gagemaker thread rolls are sold in matched sets of two rolls.  Our most popular UN Series (60° "V") models are listed below, but additional thread types and pitches and custom designed sets are available.

PG and RG Series instruments are sold separately.
