Z Axis Check
Details
The Z Axis Check Master is used to calibrate and set the Z axis on optical measuring machines. The master is superior to gage block calibration because it does not require block stacks so it is much faster to inspect the linear range of the tool. Model ZAC-LX-1 has a lapped base with a mirror finish. Model ZAC-GX-1 has a ground finish for less reflection. Both masters are engraved to the nearest .000010". Both masters are supplied with certification and storage case.
