MATERIAL:All Thread Check custom, fixed limit, snap gages or metric thread gauges are manufactured in the United States unless otherwise specified. Thread Check, Inc. uses quality oil hardened tool steel, hardened, drawn, stabilized and redrawn to Rockwell C60-62. This material provides greater wear resistance, excellent anti-friction properties and rigid stability to distortion. All custom, fixed limit, snap gages or metric thread gauges are inspected at 68˚ and 50% humidity. All gages and measuring instruments are traceable to N.I.S.T. Thread Check, Inc. provides hard chrome coating on all standard working thread plug gage at no additional charge. Thread Check, Inc. manufactures gages in carbide, ceramic and other types of specialty steels.

ISO 17025 CALIBRATION SERVICES: All calibration services are performed by our ISO 17025 Registered Metrology facility. Standard turnaround for calibration of in service snap, fixed limit gages, metric thread gauges, and other used gages is approximately 2-3 days not including shipping time. Calibration includes disassembly, cleaning, and minor adjustments. All prices quoted include level 4 certification and traceable to NIST. Thread Check offers on line calibration management services. All your calibration records can be accessed and viewed on line. Thread Check, Inc. offers an extensive range of repair services through our certified repair department.
