Reversible style plug gages are available in steel, chrome, carbide, and ceramic materials. All steel gages are made of high quality 52100 tool steel hardened to 60/62 Rc. Taperlock Style Plug Gage
All cylindrical taperlock style plug gages are manufactured per ANSI/ASME B47.1 AGD standard and ANSI/ASME B89.1.5 standard. Taperlock style plug gages are used to gage large diameters. Taperlock style gages can be quickly changed by popping out the gage member and press fitting a new member into the handle. Trilock Style Plug Gages
All trilock cylindrical plug gage are manufactured to ANSI/ASME B47.1 AGD standard and ANSI/ASME B89.1.5 standard. Trilock gages are used to inspect large diameters. Like reversible gages, when one end wears out, the gage end can be turned around. Trilock sizes are available from .760” up to 8.010” in steel, chrome, and carbide materials. Plain Ring Gages
Thread Check, Inc. offers an extensive line of cylindrical plain ring gages from .015" - 30" in class ZZ to XXX gagemaker tolerances. Ring gages are available in steel, chrome, carbide, and ceramic materials. Plain ring gages are ideal for use as master and go/no go gaging. Use plain ring gages to efficiently inspect external dimensions of manufactured parts. With go/no go ring gaging, an inspector can quickly pass or fail parts without taking time consuming readings from a measuring instrument. Plain ring gages can be used to set cylinder bore gauges, air gages, and internal micrometers. By using the same size master ring gages, lead errors on measurements can be eliminated.

Master Setting Discs
Master setting discs are used to calibrate and set comparators, snap gages, and other precision measuring instruments. All master setting discs are manufactured per ANSI/ASME B47.1. Master setting discs are supplied in steel, chrome, or carbide. Master setting discs are available in 3 styles. The roundness and taper of master setting discs does not exceed 50% of the gagemakers size tolerance and is non cumulative. Triga-Bore ™ / True - Bore Gauges
Tru-Bore Gaging system is the result of over 25 years of design and manufacturing of 3 point contact gaging systems. The bore gaging system is ideal for solving internal diameter measurement problems on the shop floor and inspection area. The system is available in a large measuring range for specific applications. Mechanical and digital dial gages as well as linear probes can be used as specified. Tru- Bore heads have a large measuring range and are supplied with fixed anvils eliminating operator error. 24 heads cover .236” – 7.87”. The unique system design allows two measuring handles or a pistol grip Triga Bore to cover .236” – 7.87”. Extensions are available for increased gaging depths.
